Hey again my fashionistas; today we are talking about the Versace 1995 show. I hope you enjoy divas :)

The “Versace 1995 Ready To Wear Collection Show” was held in Milan and it featured models such as Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer. The show was designed by Gianni Versace which included bold prints with vibrant colours and many different fabrics.

Let’s talk about some Background information:

Versace is a designer brand which was founded in 1978 by Gianni Versace. It is said that they base its design on classical art and modern sensuality. Personally, I prefer Versace vintage as I love the uniqueness that the runway shows. Versace was also founded in Milan where the show was performed. In 1997 Gianni Versace was unfortunately murdered which ment that his sister (Donatella Versace) took over. Fun fact it was sold in 2018 for 2.12 billion dollars!

The ready to wear collection was in the spring/summer collection. Some of the sound track music included “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” by Elton John and “Know By Now” by Robert Palmer. The theme was the body is back which featured ribbon lacing and heavy corsets. It featured a long flowing silver dress and accessories included throughout the fashion show small handbags and delicate strapped heels.

Personally my favourite bit was when shalom Harlow finished her turn crashing into Brandi Quinones to symbolise the yin yang and was not (what most people believe) a genuine mistake.

Thank you for reading I shall hopefully see you soon.

Bye fashionistas :)
