The Waves of Emotions

Soul crushing pressure tightens it's grip,

Grip on to rocks, don't want to be dragged down.

Down into the ocean depths I sink like a stone,

Stone cold feeling of despair, darkness, alone.

Alone in this ocean of tears, I can't see the light,

Light rushes away from my eyes, I hold on tight.

Tight like a vice the silence is deafening.

Deafening waves crash forward and back,

Back and forward, cleansing my soul.
